PAYMENT

DEPOSIT

​

A 50% DEPOSIT MUST BE MADE TO HOLD YOUR DATE. THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE 14 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT. IF THE FINAL BALANCE PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED ON TIME WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE EVENT WITH NOTICE. WE WILL MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT TO CONTACT YOU. 

 

WE DO NOT HOLD DATES, DUE TO THE SIGNIFICANT NUMBER OF INQUIRIES WE RECEIVE.

WE INVOICE VIA QUICKBOOKS, MAKING IT INCREDIBLY EASY TO PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD OR ACH. WE ALSO ACCEPT PAYPAL AND VENMO.

REFUNDS & CANCELATIONS

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS AFTER THE EVENT HAS TAKEN PLACE.

 

IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, WE REQUIRE A 30 DAY NOTICE. AFTER 30 DAYS YOU FORFEIT YOUR 50% DEPOSIT. IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE EVENT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE EVENT.

DO YOU HAVE MENUS/WHAT FOOD IS INCLUDED? WHAT ABOUT DESSERT?

YES, PLEASE FIND THESE ON THE 'HOME' PAGE. WE DO NOT OFFER HOT FOODS. WE DO NOT OFFER DESSERTS. WE DO INCLUDE CHOCOLATE AND SWEET TREATS IN EVERY GRAZE. WE CAN RECOMMEND AMAZING PASTRY CHEFS AND BAKERIES ALL OVER THE STATE OF CO, JUST ASK!

WE WOULD ALSO BE HAPPY TO INCORPORATE ANY CAKES, CUPCAKES, COOKIES, ETC INTO THE DESIGN OF THE GRAZE. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE DESSERT IS ONSITE WHEN WE ARRIVE TO INCORPORATE INTO THE GRAZING TABLE.

HOW DOES THE FOOD KEEP FRESH AND COOL?

​

WE KEEP ALL FOOD COOL DURING TRAVEL TO THE LOCATION/VENUE.

GRAZING TABLES MUST BE SET UP IN A COOL AREA AWAY FROM DIRECT SUNLIGHT. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND GRAZES BE SET UP INDOORS. IF IT IS OUTDOORS WE REQUIRE THE GRAZE HAS SOME TYPE OF SECURE ROOF/TENT/PAVILLON PROTECTING THE GRAZE FROM THE ELEMENTS.

FOOD ON THE GRAZING TABLE CAN BE LEFT OUT FOR 4 HOURS, AND THEN MUST BE DISPOSED OF.

WE ARE BASED OUT OF HIGHLANDS RANCH, CO AND WILL TRAVEL UP TO 30 MILES FROM THE ZIP CODE 80129.

DO YOU PROVIDE TABLES?

​

A SUITABLE TABLE MUST BE PROVIDED AT THE VENUE. WE DO NOT PROVIDE TABLES.

DO YOU PROVIDE TABLECLOTHS?

​

WE DO NOT PROVIDE TABLECLOTHS. WE DO LAY DOWN PARCHMENT PAPER TO PROTECT THE TABLE AND THE FOOD. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ADD A TABLECLOTH OF YOUR CHOICE PLEASE FEEL FREE TO DO SO. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE IT WILL BE CLEAN AFTER THE EVENT.

HOW LONG DO YOU NEED TO SET UP THE TABLE?

​

WE TYPICALLY NEED 30 MINUTES TO UNLOAD. WE WILL THEN NEED ANYWHERE FROM 1-3 HRS TO GET YOUR TABLE READY FOR YOUR GUESTS, DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF THE GRAZE.

​

IS THERE A SETUP AND TAKEDOWN FEE?

​

YES. SETUP AND TAKEDOWN IS 15% OF THE GRAZE TOTAL (EXCLUDES ANY OTHER CHARGES & TAX).

​

DO YOU INCLUDE FLORAL?

​

YES! AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE WE ADD GREENERY AND FLOWERS. 

​

DO YOU BRING YOUR OWN TABLESCAPE/HARDWARE AND SERVING UTENSILS?

​

YES! AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE WE BRING OUR OWN BEAUTIFUL TABLEWARE AND SERVING UTENSILS.

​

MISSING OR DAMAGED TABLEWARE AND SERVING UTENSILS WILL BE CHARGED BACK TO THE CLIENT.

STAFFING YOUR EVENT

​

GRAZING TABLES TYPICALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE STAFFED BECAUSE IT IS A SELF-SERVICE EXPERIENCE. HEADCOUNT AND QUANTITY OF FOOD ARE ESTABLISHED BEFORE THE EVENT, SO REPLENISHING IS NEVER NECESSARY - WE ALWAYS BRING MORE THAN ENOUGH! BUT IF YOU ARE MORE COMFORTABLE HAVING US, WE WOULD BE HAPPY TO STAY. IT IS $30 PER HOUR PER STAFF MEMBER.

SOME EVENTS, SUCH AS WEDDINGS, HAVE VENUE REQUIREMENTS WE STAY ONSITE DURING THE EVENT. IN THIS INSTANCE IT WILL BE $30 PER HOUR PER STAFF MEMBER.

DO YOU SUPPLY PLATES, CUTLERY, AND NAPKINS?

​

WE DO NOT SUPPLY PLATES, CUTLERY, OR NAPKINS BY DEFAULT.

​

PLASTIC CUTLERY, PLATES, AND WHITE PAPER NAPKINS CAN BE PROVIDED AT AN EXTRA COST.

PLEASE ENQUIRE IF YOU ARE INTERESTED.

DO YOU DISPOSE OF THE LEFTOVER FOOD AFTER THE EVENT?

​

ONCE YOUR GUESTS HAVE HAD THEIR FILL, WE WILL RETURN WITHIN A PREDETERMINED TIME TO CLEAN UP THE GRAZING TABLE (TRASH BAGS ARE TO BE DISPOSED OF BY THE CLIENT/VENUE). WE DO NOT PROVIDE TO-GO BAGS/TUPPERWARE BUT YOU ARE WELCOME TO BRING YOUR OWN.

DO YOU REQUIRE PARKING ON-SITE?

​

WE REQUIRE PARKING AT SITE TO UNLOAD THE FOOD COOLERS AND TABLESCAPE EQUIPMENT PLEASE. IF THERE IS NO OR LIMITED PARKING, PLEASE LET US KNOW IMMEDIATELY AND WE WILL TRY AND FIND A SOLUTION.

ARE YOU FULLY INSURED?

​

YES, WE ARE FULLY INSURED. WE ALSO HAVE CURRENT FOOD HYGIENE AND HEALTH AND SAFETY TRAINING REQUIREMENTS. WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON HAVING THE BEST STANDARDS, ENSURING THE BEST PRODUCE & FOOD HANDLING.

WILL YOU USE IMAGES FROM OUR EVENT ON TABLES IN THYME SOCIAL MEDIA?

​

YES, UNLESS OUR CLIENTS/CUSTOMERS EXPLICITLY ASK US NOT TO USE IMAGES TAKEN AT THEIR EVENT, WE WILL USE THEM ON OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS.
